Preserving many of the existing charming features, this remodel was a successfully budget conscious project. We worked alongside our client using aggressive value engineering and kept a high-level aesthetic while coming in even below the initial budget estimate. The result: a modern yet craft space that fits both our client’s tastes and budget.
